Jade Automotive is a busy inner city workshop specialising in all forms of mechanical servicing. We have full time mechanics, lead by Paul Price who has 25 years experience in the automotive industry.
We have a large modern workshop with four hoists and a secure locked yard. Our sole focus is on honest and affordable repairs. Jade Automotive are members of the MTA and we have a dedicated bay with an in-ground hoist and brake rollers that we use to warrant your vehicle to the latest Land Transport standards.

- We only undertake work that has been authorized by you. You will be contacted should any additional work be required to repair your vehicle.
- Your repair job will be completed on time - or you will be advised as early as possible of any delay and the reasons for it.
- We stand by our work:
- All charges will be clearly explained and itemized
- We provide a free, plain English warranty on all repairs unless they are temporary. What is temporary will be clearly explained.
- On request we will show you any part(s) replaced when you pick up your vehicle and explain to you why the replacement was needed.
- We work ethically:
- We are backed up by the reputation of the MTA, New Zealand's largest body of automotive dealers, repairers and retailers.
- The MTA monitors our delivery of the above premises. Our membership depends on our performance.
- Both you and your repairer have access to the MTA's free and independent complaints and mediation service.
